Basic Rules of the Game:

Teams will practice on a designated section of the field

Games will be played on our turf field, out of the elements

Games will consist of two 22-minute halves, with 5 minutes in between

Each time has 1 time out per half

All athletes must wear a mouthpiece (not provided)

No physical contact at all

Our teams are led by amazing volunteers! If you’d like to coach this season, please sign up using the button below. Coaches are asked to attend all practices and games and get first choice when requesting players for their team. No experience required, we’ll provide all the support you’ll need!

We’re looking for local businesses and families to sponsor a team for our upcoming NFL Flag season! For $500, your name or logo will be featured on the jerseys of one team (up to 12 players) throughout the season. It’s a great way to support youth sports and promote your brand in the community.

Youth Winter 2026 Details:
Season Dates: January 20 – March 15

Practice
Each team will have one 50-minute practice per week, held on Tuesdays at either 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM or 8:00 or Wednesdays at 5:00 PM. The exact time for your team will be shared after the combine.
Practices start the week of January 19.
Games
Games will take place on Sunday mornings beginning at 9:00 AM starting with the youngest division.
Game Dates: January 25; February 1, 8, 15, 22; March 1, 8, 15
