Spring Sessions
Ages 8 to 14 years old as of 1/1/25.

Dates: March 16, 23, 30; April 6, 13, 20

Intermediate Division
Ideal for players with less than 2 years of experience, focusing on learning and growth.
Time: 5:30-6:30pm
​
Experienced Division
For players with 2 or more years of experience, refining skills and competitive readiness.
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
​​
Program times may change based on enrollment, with finalized details provided by 2/24.

Focuses of the program:

Stick Skills: Focus on dribbling, passing, receiving, and ball control techniques.

Shooting: Developing accuracy, power, and different types of shots.

Tactics and Strategy: Understanding positioning, formations, offensive and defensive plays, and set pieces.

Fitness and Conditioning: Improving endurance, speed, agility, and strength specific to field hockey.

Game Awareness: Teaching players to read the game, anticipate moves, and make effective decisions under pressure.

Defensive Skills: Tackling, marking, intercepting, and defensive positioning.

Teamwork and Communication: Emphasizing the importance of communication and collaboration within the team.

Necessary equipment to wear/bring: field hockey stick, shin guards, mouthguard, sneakers or cleats (with no metal).

Registration Fee: $110, includes t-shirt

Registration closes on March 4th or at capacity.
