Spring Sessions
Ages 9 to 14 years old as of 1/1/25.

Dates: 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9, 4/16, 4/23

Intermediate Division
Ideal for players with less than 2 years of experience, focusing on learning and growth.
Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Experienced Division
For players with 2 or more years of experience, refining skills and competitive readiness.
Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
​
Times and divisions are subject to change depending on the number of registrations

Focuses of the program:

Stick Skills: Focus on dribbling, passing, receiving, and ball control techniques.

Shooting: Developing accuracy, power, and different types of shots.

Tactics and Strategy: Understanding positioning, formations, offensive and defensive plays, and set pieces.

Fitness and Conditioning: Improving endurance, speed, agility, and strength specific to field hockey.

Game Awareness: Teaching players to read the game, anticipate moves, and make effective decisions under pressure.

Defensive Skills: Tackling, marking, intercepting, and defensive positioning.

Teamwork and Communication: Emphasizing the importance of communication and collaboration within the team.

Necessary equipment to wear/bring: field hockey stick, shin guards, mouthguard, sneakers or cleats (with no metal). Optional: gloves

Registration Fee: $99, includes t-shirt
